Finding a safe space is important to express and process strong emotions like anger. One way is to share our anger with God through meditative practice. As you get into a quiet and comfortable space, allow yourself to fully immerse in this practice and experience the emotion that arises within you, and acknowledge their intensity without judgment. Visualize yourself in the presence of God and speak your truth to Him. Share your anger with God, open your heart, and talk about the depths of your emotions letting them flow without restraint. Allow yourself to receive diving guidance and understanding.

As you have shared your thoughts and feelings with God, pause to listen and scan your body for any lingering stiffness or tension. Be open to the responses that arise, whether they are inner whispers, thoughts, or sensations. Pay attention to the revelations and wisdom that come to light. As you finish the exercise, remember that the conversation with God doesn’t have to end. Keep your heart open and keep the dialogue going with God. By nurturing this connection, you can find a sense of calm, healing, and growth.

Wherever you are, find a way to soften through your whole body. Use your breath to bring relaxation to the areas where you're holding tension. Keeping your body soft, and your breath deep, bring your awareness to your anger. What are you upset about? Why does this upset you? No need to judge what you're experiencing. Just observe. What does it feel like? Are there places in your body where you feel it more, such as your forehead or your chest? Now, talk honestly with God. Share why you're angry, share how this makes you feel. Ask a sincere question, and maybe a second question. Now, pause for a moment and listen. Scan your body for any stiffness you're holding onto. Take a slow, deep breath to relax your whole self. What thoughts and feelings do you have? As you conclude this exercise, do not let the conversation end. Keep your heart open, keep asking, and with patience, listen.
